  About ICCEE

            The 14th International Conference on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ICCEE 2015) is an annual meeting to exchange academic achievements, technological developments, and education experiences in the field of civil and environmental engineering. The ICCEE has started as an inter-university exchange program of Hiroshima University (Japan). Since 2006, the ICCEE has reformed as the core-university system, joined by Pukyong National University (Korea) in 2006, followed by Dalian University of Technology (China) in 2009, National Central University (Taiwan) in 2011, and Tainan Hydraulics Laboratory, National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) in 2014. The 10th – 13th ICCEEs were held successfully at NCU (2011), HU (2012), DUT (2013), and PKNU (2014).

        In this year, the 14th ICCEE is organized by Department of Civil Engineering, National Central University. For this year’s conference, more than 50 abstracts were received. There will have five four keynote lectures by Prof. Akiyoshi OHASHI (Hiroshima University), Professor Hong-Nan Li (Dalian University of Technology, China), Professor Hsieh-Lung Hsu (National Central University, Taiwan), Prof. Yang-Yi Chen (Tainan Hydraulics Laboratory,National Cheng Kung University), Prof. Yeon-Sun Ryu(Pukyong National University) and Prof. Wei-Hsing Huang (National Central University).

        We sincerely appreciate for the contributions and supports of all participates to this conference. It is hoped that active discussions and exchanges of ideas and information may follow the presentations; pertinent areas for the future cooperation may be identified; and friendship among the members of the participating institutions may grows further.
