Research Trend:

The Geotechnical Centrifuge facilities are intended for use by researchers from academia and industry. The current research interests are as follows: Stability analysis and remediation of caisson type quay wall during earthquakes, Use of sheet pile walls as a liquefaction remediation method for existing buildings and embedded tunnels, Response of offshore pile foundation in sand during earthquakes, Visualization of model test data measured from the geotechnical centrifuge modeling.
