研究生離校手續及領取學位證書說明如下
(1) 申請學位口試截止日至6月30日(一)止。
(2) 學位考試系統異動申請截止日至7月14日(一)止。
(3) 離校手續及領取學位證書截止日至7月31日(四)中午12時止。
※ 研究生完成畢業離校手續，並將畢業相關資料繳交至註冊組後始得領取學位證書。擬於 114年 2月24 日至 6 月30 日完成畢業離校手續當日領取證書者，請先確認已通過學位考試並於 5 個工作日前告知註冊組，以憑提早製作學位證書。7 月份辦理離校者與經核准延後離校者除外。
※Regarding the graduation procedures, postgraduate students should complete the procedure and submit the required documents to the Division of Registrar to receive the degree certificates. To students who plan to complete their graduation procedures and receive the certificates on the same day during February 24 to June 30, 2025: please make sure that the degree defenses have been marked “pass” and inform the Division of Registrar of this result prior to 5 work days so that the Division can prepare and issue the degree certificates in advance. Those who plan to complete their graduation procedures in July 2025 and those who are permitted to delay the graduation procedures are the exception.

請依序檢附下列備審文件，並將所有文件合併成一個pdf檔案上傳。

- 論文比對結果報告書（下載）（💾國立中央大學論文比對報告書填寫說明）
- 論文相似度比對報告電子回條
- 系所規定審核文件（通過學術倫理證明書）

- 如需更新檔案，請重新上傳。送出前請確認已上傳的檔案，送出後不可修改。
學位考試申請說明
- 請於確定口試日期之前3週提出申請。
- 線上申請完成後，請至助教室登記口試日期及時間。
- 口試地點由系上統一安排。
- Please submit your application at least three weeks before the oral examination date is confirmed.
- After completing the online application, please go to the teaching assistant’s office to register the date and time of the oral examination.
- The location of the oral examination will be arranged by the department.
2/ 口試表件
- 請自行完成以下表格填寫（打字）姓名、論文題目並列印。
- 舉行學位考試時，應提供完整論文比對報告予口試委員參考，報告形式不拘，紙本或電子檔皆可。
- 口試前一日或當日請至助教室領取口試費印領清冊
3/ 口試結束
- 請於口試結束3日內繳交下列表件至助教室王美萍小姐。
- 口試費印領清冊
- 考試委員評定報告單正本
- 學位考試評分表正本
- 口試委員審定書影本
4/ 論文修改完成
「學位考試評定報告單」&「口試委員審定書」&「論文封面」三者論文題目須一致
5/ 論文裝訂
「學位考試評定報告單」&「口試委員審定書」&「論文封面」三者論文題目須一致
- 論文封面：碩士班《暗紅色》、博士班《墨綠色》。
- 封面之年月，須為畢業離校之年月（非口試舉行或論文完成日期），於6、7、8月離校者均為110年6月。
6/ 完成離校、離系手續領取畢業證書
研究生完成畢業離校手續，並將畢業相關資料繳交至註冊組後始得領取學位證書。
